Recognizing Member Companies Fostering Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access

We understand the importance of progressive change and the impactful role that unionized construction plays in shaping the future of our industry. With this in mind, we are excited to launch a survey aimed at recognizing and celebrating those among us who are actively transforming the industry. Our goal with this survey is to identify and showcase member companies that are at the forefront of inclusive initiatives. We are particularly focused on uncovering and showcasing efforts that create opportunities for women, immigrants, indigenous communities, or underrepresented groups within the construction sector. These efforts are pivotal in paving the way for a more diverse and dynamic industry. We plan to use the survey findings to select member companies for a special feature in a video profile. These profiles will not only celebrate outstanding contributions but also serve as a beacon of inspiration and guidance for others in the industry, showcasing the tangible impact of member initiatives.
