2025 Ben Backman Memorial Industry Leaders Golf Tournament
All sponsors will receive the following recognition: corporate name displayed on signage during registration and appropriate signage on the course corresponding to their specific sponsorship.
All golfers will be treated to 18 holes of golf, power carts, lunch, food and beverages on the course, dinner and prizes. They will also have access to the driving range, putting green, lockers, and shower facilities. Registration opens at 11:30 am, but plan to arrive early to check in, warm up on the driving range, and join us for the lunch buffet. The putting contest will begin at noon, and the shotgun start at 1:30 pm. The day wraps up with dinner, prizes, and the Wine Raffle!

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received thirty (30) days prior to the event are 100% refundable. Cancellations received within thirty (30) to seven (7) days can transfer their registration fees to the following year. Cancellations received seven (7) days prior to the event are non-refundable and non-transferable. Sponsorships are non-refundable once a third-party provider’s services have been engaged. All transfer and cancellation requests must be in writing and emailed to admin@clra-bc.com.
Impossibilities
Upon the occurrence of any circumstance beyond the control of either CLR or the third-party provider, all refunds will align with the third party’s refund policy. Circumstances included but are not limited to acts of God, war, acts of terrorism, government regulations, disaster, strikes, civil disorder, or pandemics.
